This Mexican cauliflower rice is delicious and you can almost convince yourself that you're not eating low carb!
Ingredients
- 1 package frozen riced cauliflower
- 1/4 cup tomato sauce
- 1 tsp minced garlic
- 1 tbsp butter
- 1 tsp cumin
- salt to taste
Instructions
- Begin by cooking the frozen riced cauliflower by the bag instructions. If it is a steamer, go ahead and cook it in the microwave.
- In a large frying pan, melt butter and add garlic. Brown garlic until fragrant.
- Add tomato sauce and cumin. Stir well.
- Add riced cauliflower and mix well.
- Cook covered on medium for five minutes.
